With so many places available online these days to find a fiesta of herbal and nutritional remedies, it can be a bit confusing when you come across some adverts offering natural products with extreme side effects. This may sound appealing to you, especially if you are already into your natural remedies, but there are many out there that can cause you more trouble than they are worth.

Cannabis

You may have heard the name…sometimes it is called Marijuana, weed or pot and it is one of the most popular illegal drugs in the world. There are many places online to buy cannabis seeds along with details and equipment for growing them. The medicinal properties they offer are pain relief, a calming effect, euphoria and even hallucinations. Avoid this herb if you are looking for something healthy.

Party Pills

There are many different types of party pills which are all loosely based around caffeine and other stimulants. They are often sold in capsule form and provide a massive caffeine boost in an attempt to legally replicate the effects of ecstasy or speed. While some websites attempt to sell them on a shelf next to something like Coenzyme Q10 100mg and Coq10 100mg, which both have positive natural health properties, party pills can be detrimental to your health.

Kratom

This psychoactive leaf is actually banned in countries like Thailand and Malaysia because it is technically an opiate. The leaves can be chewed or often now when buying online they are processed and sold in capsule form. While certain websites will tell you that Kratom can lower your anxiety levels and a create a stimulating effect, the reality is that it can cause loss of appetite, constipation, prolonged sleep and darkening of the skin.
